Erika Van Buren Selected for Annie E Casey Foundation Fellowship

We are thrilled to announce that Erika Van Buren, our Vice President of Evaluation and Learning, has been named to the 11th class of the Annie E Casey Foundation’s Children and Family Fellowship. This 21-month fellowship brings together accomplished leaders from public, non-profit, and for-profit organizations across the nation and builds their capacity to create measurable improvements in the lives of those they serve.

This year marks the first time that the Fellows will work toward both their individual organizational objectives and a shared result—promoting equitable outcomes among youth ages 14-24 through connections to school, work, and family.

In addition to Erika, this cohort includes leadership from one of our major funders, the Tipping Point Community, as well as the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, with whom we are currently partnered with to improve their services for transition-age youth.

Learn more about the fellowship and see the full class in the press release from the AECF.
