Grace Reddy

Joined First Place: 2020

As Chief Development Officer, Grace oversees fundraising and communications for First Place for Youth, directing the team that manages individual, foundation and corporate giving.  A Bay Area native, she has always valued work that gives back to the community.

Before joining the team at First Place for Youth, Grace led fundraising to help homeless and vulnerable animals and their people as the Vice President of Development at the San Francisco SPCA and the East Bay SPCA. Prior to that, she worked for more than a decade raising money for youth programs at the YMCA of San Francisco.

Grace has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from SKEMA University in France and a Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences from the University of California at Berkeley.  She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
